Employees’ access to electronic files and data storage areas is restricted to what is necessary to perform each person’s job, and all access is electronically logged.

Personal information you directly submit to us. We collect information that you provide to us online or otherwise, including responses to our “contact us” form, job applications, or subscriptions to our electronic communication. Such information may contain your name, email address, or other contact information. Information shared through BankOnIT’s online forms is transmitted to us securely. Such information is used as reasonably necessary to meet your needs and respond to your requests.

Other types of information we collect. BankOnIT may collect and use various types of network information, such as information related to data communication, cybersecurity events, and information we receive from third parties, to help in accomplishing reliable, secure and regulatory compliant outcomes for our clients. We occasionally share limited information with companies who act on our behalf, and we require them to keep confidential any information that we provide. BankOnIT may share your information with our affiliates. We do not share data with any other non-affiliated third parties. In the event you provide us access to your customer data, we never share or use any of your customer data and pledge to keep such data confidential and will only disclose such information as we may be required to do so by law.
