Privacy Policy

BankOnIT is committed to protecting the privacy of each client’s information (and the client’s customers’ information). We honor your privacy and regard the security of your information as one of our most important responsibilities.

We collect, retain, and use information about you only when we reasonably believe that it will help us to administer our business or to provide products, services, and opportunities to you. We use information to administer services we provide to you, to protect your records, to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and to understand your needs so that we can provide you with quality products and superior service.

We take careful steps to avoid unauthorized access to, misuse, or loss of client information. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information. Employees are strictly instructed concerning the importance of maintaining confidentiality of customer information, and our firm’s commitment to privacy.

We perform background checks (including previous employers, criminal records, credit reports, and driving records) for prospective employees prior to hiring, and each six months thereafter for existing employees. Employees’ access to electronic files and data storage areas is restricted to what is necessary to perform each person’s job, and all access is electronically logged. Backed-up client information is encrypted and cannot be accessed by BankOnIT employees unless password access is specifically granted by the client.

BankOnIT may collect and use various types of client information, such as information that you have provided to us on applications or other forms, information about your transactions with us or others and information we receive from third parties. We occasionally share limited information with companies who act in our behalf, and we require them to keep confidential any information that we provide to them. We may share your information with our affiliates. We do not share data with any other non-affiliated third parties.

BankOnIT does not collect any information which would identify your customers. In the event that you provide us access to your customer data, we pledge to keep such data confidential and will only disclose such information as we may be required to do so by law.

The BankOnIT web site does not collect identifying information about visitors in the form of cookies.
